The house has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs the double second bedroom can also be used as a sitting room and commands a spectacular view of the West Bay, or you can watch a flat screen TV if you don’t like the view! The bathroom has an electric shower and a single room with bunks completes the complement of rooms on the upper floor.

On the ground floor is the fully fitted master bedroom, kitchen and the living room. The living room is 12 feet square with a dining area, an iPod dock and combined flat screen television and DVD. The kitchen is fully appointed with a microwave oven, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine.
